Until December 31, 2007, the Austrian Signature Act also applied to certification services offering neither qualified certificates nor qualified time-stamping services. For information purposes, the historic list of certification services of December 31, 2007, is kept available here until further notice but is no longer updated. RTR-GmbH is not necessarily aware whether certification services are still offered or which additional certification services have been started in the meantime.
