Advanced electronic signatures?
This indicates whether or not certificates are issued for electronic signatures conforming with the requirements of § 2 no. 3 lit. a to d SigG. These requirements correspond to the notion of an "advanced electronic signature" in Art. 2 no. 2 of the Signature Directive, i. e., an electronic signature which
- is uniquely linked to the signatory,
- is capable of identifying the signatory,
- is created using means that the signatory can maintain under his sole control, and
- is linked to the data to which it relates in such a manner that any subsequent change of the data is detectable.
