Certification Practice Statement

On December 12, 2011 the Telekom-Control Commission has made an amendment of the supervisory authorities' Certification Practice Statement (CPS). Since then version 2.0 of the CPS is being applied. You can find a change history at the beginning of this document.

On the same day, the Telekom-Control Commission had approved the supervisory authorities' Certificate Policy (version 2.0). For certificates of the RTR-GmbH the Certification Practice Statement of the RTR-GmbH is applied, which basically refers to the CPS of the supervisory authority.

On September 24, 2002 the services of the public key infrastructure were started and the original TOP certificate of the supervisory authority was generated. This certificate was renewed on September 13, 2005 and on June 2, 2010.
